My GrillDaddy arrived already broken (see photos).
The front of the plastic above the brush is split. The plastic pop-off cap will not stay on and it leaks.
This is very disappointing after the ordeal I went through a couple of years ago when I could not get an ordered GrillDaddy delivered.
Very disappointed, we specifically wanted corner style replacement brushes like what comes with original. Website is not helpful, it took 3 extra contacts to find out we can get the parts we really want
Our Grill Daddy was leaking and I notified the company that we were unsatisfied with that. They quickly sent us a new replacement at their expense. We were impressed with their customer service and trustworthy company. The Grill Daddy works great!
