The replacement brushes are great! You can have peace of mind with the brushes because you don’t have to worry about bristles getting loose and falling out on your grill. When my daughter was little we were having hamburgers and a bristle from our old sytle brush ended up lodged in her throat. She had to undergo surgery immediately prior to the bristle going into her lungs. So, that’s why I purchased the Grill Daddy system.

I have no idea how long I have had mine. I guess 15+ years. This spring I finally replaced the brushes with the ones that came with it. As others have said nothing I have tried worked as well. The cap for the water tank fell into the grill several years ago and melted. I wrote to Grill Daddy CS for aa replacement about two months ago and never heard back. Great durable product but short on customer service.
So happy to receive this special grill set as a gift for my brother! He is sure to enjoy this daily as he is a grill mastermind. Great shipping and excellent customer service too!

We’ve had a Grill Daddy for several years and are pleased with the performance. I was disappointed with the service when I ordered replacement brushes recently. The product took two weeks to arrive. The brushes were simply placed in a ziplock sandwich bag. Not professional.

We love the Grill Daddy. Thanks for creating it. If we were asked about one suggestion, here it is: if there was a way for the brush to be turned around so that the 4 sides (or even 2) could be of use, this would be even better than it is. We know this would require more holes and a way to remove the teeny screw for the wingnut. Just a thought. But again, the product is great. We highly recommend it.
If you use a non charcoal grill you need a Grill daddy! Effortless cleaning and ready to go for next grilling. I had to replace old one after 7 years. It started leaking at the seams. The new one arrived and it looks like they added a sealer on the seam. I hope to get 7 years out if this! Thanks Grill Daddy!
