Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question about your Grill Daddy? You'll find answers to the most common ones below. Still stuck? Call us at 203-912-1898 or use our contact page — we're happy to help.
How does the Grill Daddy steam-cleaning brush work?
Fill the reservoir with water, and as you brush your hot grill, the water is released onto the grates and instantly turns to steam. The steam loosens burnt-on grease and food residue, so your grill comes clean faster — with no chemicals and no mess.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
