Grill Daddy Brush Co website accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Old Greenwich, CT via FedEx SmartPost. Grill Daddy ships to 48 contiguous states.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2~4 business days from the time the order is placed.
We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address or to HI/Alaska. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. The tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION
Grill Daddy offers free ground shipping on all orders that exceed $25. For all the orders below $25, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $8.99.
OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS
1. Overnight Shipping with FedEx - The fastest service offered is overnight delivery. Overnight shipping is available for orders in the US only. The cost is calculated during checkout.
2. Two Day Shipping with FedEx - The second fastest service. Two day shipping guarantees that we ship your order within 24 hours and your package will arrive within 2 days of shipping.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within 1 week of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 2 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if the stock is available.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)
You can return the order to us within 30 days from the order date. We offer full return for the item purchased. We cannot refund any shipping charges.

Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at a current price.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
