Grand Grill Daddy Platinum defective

I received my Grand Grill Daddy Platinum brush but the water reservoir will not hold water. Your advertised phone number is no longer in service and you won't respond to my emails. Your lifetime guarantee is useless if you won't talk to me and looking at your reviews, I'm not the only person that can't contact you.

Missing parts

I sent emails twice and even messaged on Facebook messenger but there was no response on my missing brush head replacement.

Brushes not as firm

The brushes seemed to have changed since my last one I purchased years ago. It does not take the grease and gunk off after grilling like they used too.

Replacement Grill Daddy part.

Just as good as the original parts. Couldn't be any easier to change, off with the old, on with the new. Less than a minute. Great product!
