How to Use:

Preheat grill

Fill the Grill Daddy with water (valve off)

Turn valve on and begin scrubbing

I qualified for a free apron which never arrived. The brush is good
I have no idea how long I have had mine. I guess 15+ years. This spring I finally replaced the brushes with the ones that came with it. As others have said nothing I have tried worked as well. The cap for the water tank fell into the grill several years ago and melted. I wrote to Grill Daddy CS for aa replacement about two months ago and never heard back. Great durable product but short on customer service.
We've been using Grill Daddy Grill Brush for years. Tried similar ones but they are not made as well and fall apart. Decided to try the Platinum one and it is amazing. Stronger and more durable than the regular one. Even the regular one is great but the platinum one supersedes it. Worth the price.
